The terminal block junction box is a device in electrical systems that uses its enclosure to protect internal terminals, enabling wire connection, tapping or merging, with functions of moisture and dust protection, and facilitating maintenance.

Installation Guide

• Fixing the junction box: For surface mounting, mark and drill holes, insert expansion tubes, then fix with screws to ensure it is level and secure. For flush mounting, embed it into the pre-reserved hole and fix with clips or screws, ensuring it is flush with the mounting surface.​

• Cable introduction: Strip off the outer insulation (exposing 5-10cm of the conductor), thread it into the inlet hole, ensure the seal (such as a rubber ring) fits tightly, and organize the cables inside the box with cable ties.​

• Terminal wiring: Operate according to the terminal type (for screw terminals, insert the conductor properly and then tighten the screws; for spring terminals, press the spring plate with a special tool before inserting the conductor; for crimp terminals, crimp the conductor and terminal then insert into the corresponding interface of the junction box). No more than 2 wires should be connected to the same terminal. Wires with different phases and voltages must be connected separately to avoid short circuits. Wrap exposed joints with insulating tape to enhance insulation.​

• Box cover installation: Organize the cables to prevent them from being caught between the box body and the cover. Fasten or screw on the cover. For waterproof models, check that the sealing ring is intact to ensure the box is sealed.
