Molded case circuit breakers have the function of protecting against leakage, short circuit, and overload delay. Molded case circuit breakers can not only close, carry, and break the current of normal circuits, but also close situations of abnormal operation or overload of electrical appliances; If a short circuit fault occurs, the molded case circuit breaker will receive a command to automatically disconnect the switch, thereby protecting the circuit. Molded case circuit breakers are equipped with leakage protection devices with high accuracy and sensitivity, thus possessing strong leakage protection functions. Once it exceeds the limited range of the equipment, there is a risk of destroying electrical and other equipment, and there is no need to immediately cut off the power supply, which can alleviate the situation for a period of time. MCCB has isolation function. The shell device of the molded case circuit breaker itself uses plastic insulators to isolate conductors and ground metal parts. All parts are sealed in the plastic shell, with a compact and dense structure. When the current exceeds the tripping setting, it automatically cuts off the current, thus providing isolation and protection for electrical equipment and personal safety. MCCB has a current limiting and breaking function. The ability to safely cut off fault current is a special function of molded case circuit breakers, which have four rated short-circuit breaking capacities: rated short-circuit breaking capacity Icn, rated ultimate short-circuit breaking capacity Icu, rated operating short-circuit breaking capacity Ics, and rated short time withstand current Icw.

Installation instructions
(1) Before installation, check whether the parameters on the nameplate match the actual needs, and fix the circuit breaker vertically on the installation plate.
(2) When wiring in front of the board, select wires with corresponding cross-sectional area, peel off an appropriate length of insulation outer layer, insert it into the hole of the wire clamp, press the outer layer of the wire clamp tightly, and wrap the wire tightly. Then, tighten the connecting hole of the wire clamp with the circuit breaker terminal with screws. When connecting the copper bar, the wiring board should be fixed on the circuit breaker first, and then fixed to the copper bar. The wiring behind the board should be strictly fixed on the wiring board in accordance with the requirements of the instruction manual.
(3) Before putting the circuit breaker into operation, it is necessary to carefully check whether the fixed connection part is secure and ensure that the operating mechanism is in a flexible state.
(4) The circuit breaker has been confirmed to be accurate when leaving the factory, and can be adjusted freely during use. After the circuit breaker acts due to overload or short circuit faults in the circuit, the fault should be eliminated first and then the closing operation should be carried out.
(5) During use, circuit breakers should undergo periodic inspections. The transmission part should be lubricated regularly, and the casing dust should be removed to eliminate metal particles and black smoke on the walls and side panels of the arc extinguishing chamber.
