1. Branch connection of single strand copper wire

(1) The T-branch connection of single strand copper wire is shown in the figure below. Wrap the branch core wire tightly around the main core wire for 5-8 turns and then cut off the excess thread. For the core wire with small cross-section, the head of branch core wire can be tied with a surrounding knot on the main core wire, and then tightly wound for 5-8 turns, finally cut off the excess thread.

(2)The cross branch connection of single strand copper wire is shown in the figure below. Wind the ends of the upper and lower branch core wires tightly around the main core line for 5-8 turns, and then cut off the excess wire ends. The head of the upper and lower branch core wires can be wound in one direction or both left and right directions.

2. Branch connection of multiple strand copper wire

(1) The T-shaped branch connection method I of multiple strand copper wire is shown in the figure below. After 90°bending, the branch core wire is parallel to the main core wire, then rewind the end and wrap it tightly around the core wire.

(2)The T-shaped branch connection method II of multiple strand copper wire is shown in the figure below. Twist and tighten the 1/8 core wire close to the insulation layer of the branch core wire, and divide the remaining 7/8 core wires into two groups, one group is inserted into the main core wire, the other group is placed in front of the main core wire, and the winding direction is 4-5 turns in the direction shown in the figure. Then wind the group inserted into the main road core wire to the left, and wind it 4-5 times in the direction shown in the figure.
